Lydia Davila wins $180.00 from Castro County Healthcare (CCH), by coming in first place, losing 10.60 percent, in the 2018 Biggest Loser Contest.
On January 29, 2018, CCH started their sign-ups for the Biggest Loser Contest. Each contestant stepped on the same scale and began their weight loss journey. Paying $25.00 to participate, they received a free fitness membership to the fitness facility at CCH for the full two months of the competition. Final weigh-ins were held the last three days of March.
With 12 participants, CCH collected $300.00 to be split between the top three finishers. Davila was awarded the largest amount for losing the largest percent. Codi Cleavinger finished with a close second, losing 10.36 percent and winning $80.00. In third place was Connie Gilbreath, who lost 5.94 percent.
