The Castro County Hospital District will hold an open meeting on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 5:00 pm at the Plains Memorial Hospital Education Room to discuss and consider approval of a Tax Abatement Agreement between Castro County Hospital District and Ogallala Renewable Project, LLC.
