ORDER OF ELECTION FOR OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS
An election is hereby ordered to be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 for the purpose of: electing (2) two Directors,
to be elected to fill a (3) three-year term. Voting will be conducted using an electronic voting system.
Applications for a place on the ballot shall be filed in writing by : 5PM, Friday, February 16, 2024 at Castro County
Hospital District (Plains Memorial Hospital) Administration Office at 310 W. Halsell St ., Dimmitt Texas 79027.
Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at Plains Memorial Hospital, 310 W Halsell,
Dimmitt, Texas, 79027 as follows: Monday, April 22, 2024-Tuesday, April 30, 2024. 8 AM-SPM .
Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted using an electronic voting system.

Applications for ballot by mail must be received no later than the close of business on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
The returns of said election shall be made to the Board of Directors of the Castro County Hospital District in
accordance with the election laws of Texas. A copy of this order, signed by the President and attested by the
Secretary of this Board, shall serve as proper notice of said election, and the President shall cause notice of said
election to be given in accordance with said laws. (See attached image below)
